I sat at the bar. My bartender was nice. I ordered a margarita which tasted like juice🙄. I returned it and ordered a long island which was very good. My BBQ wings were mouth watering, tasty and well cooked. Fresh, crispy seasoned fries did not have a chance. They were the first to go🤤. Over all atmosphere was a great vibe, they have an outdoor section where people can smoke and play pool.

Ordered wings the day or two before super bowl and were awful. Like they just made tons for everyone the day before. Little, dry and no taste. Was surprised. but what could you do when people are over and told where they came from. Hate to say it but should have went to Hooters or better yet make our own.

Best wings ever. Hands down. Found myself going out of my way almost 40 min just because I was craving very specifically brus rooms wings. Love the breezy outside seating

It can be seen from the road. Lots of parking. Lots of TVs. Two different bar areas and a place that you can sit by the water. Great for the kids to feed the fish and the turtles

Worst experience ever order wings grilled extra wet got home no sauce was on the wings as dry as can be.called Casey told me it wasn't her problem she didn't pack the order left 3 messages with her for ernie the manager she kept saying he was in a meeting no phone call back of course

Great atmosphere in what might be the largest, covered outdoor bar ever. Today I had a perfectly done, Brus burger with fries but I can also vouch for superb wings. Perfect spot to watch the games on a thundering, wet Saturday

Consistency is not their strong suit! Be sure to ask for no grease with your chicken.The Buffalo Chicken Salad was a disappointment. The lettuce was brown and wilted and the chicken came in a pile of grease. The whole meal was inedible.

More often than not, a lady bartender is too busy at the other end of the bar having a jolly time with customer/ friends rather than just to turn around to check and see if anyone needs attention. I couldn't or wouldn't yell across the way until after 5 minutes sitting there a waitress asked me if I needed anything and had to apologize for the bartender. She spoke to the bartender, so the waitress brought me my order. No acknowledgement from the bartender. Not cool.

Wings were very dry and we ordered a large tater tot and received a small box of tater tots with 16 in them🤯 DISSATISFIED

I am 36 weeks pregnant craving wings! Order the food using delivery service and when I got my food the wings were dry and burned. I called the restaurant and explained what happened and the answer I got was to just get a refund using the order app! I explained that I am pregnant and hungry and all I wanted was my order to be right! The girl said: “well you’ll have to bring your food here so we can make you a new order!” How dare you?!? Not only she did not care about the fact I am freaking pregnant and hungry, the manager lack of caring is beyond words! Although our waitress was pleasant our dinner was a disaster. Late food. Cold food. And a manager that did not take responsibility for his staff. Their company was 15%??? Please. We had chicken wings. Not out for a free meal guys. Unless your just looking to drink and watch sports do not eat here.

My ribs were tough, undercooked, they didn’t caramelize the bbq sauce. First time I won’t going back. Nor do I recommend the ribs there

Our server Christina was fantastic! Very friendly and very attentive. The food though, ehh. My wife had the Mahi sandwich and enjoyed it. I on the other hand was less than impressed with my chicken tenders. They were squishy and greasy. I could not eat them. The atmosphere kinda reminds me of a old ihop or something. Very dated, needs new tables and flooring, had pretty much no decor. They did however have a pretty awesome game room. — Suggestions: chicken tenders, switch to the flat ones, they always come out better. - update your seating area.. everything is bad about the seating. The lighting is awful, the floors look old and filthy, the tables and chairs look like they are on their last leg.

Place seems clean, food tastes great (had the Philly chicken wrap) and reasonable prices.

As always, this is my go-to place for a quick lunch. Took a colleague and we both had the blackened Mahi sandwich with black beans and rice. It was delicious! I'll be back for a portion of wings!

I ordered from the Coconut Creek location via DoorDash tonight and got to the restaurant at my pickup time and proceeded to wait an additional 30 minutes to get my 3 dish order, one of which was incorrect and then I had wait another 10 minutes for the manager to switch the chips for pita with absolutely no apology for the wait or mistake. Unfortunately, there was a front room filled with others waiting. I feel sorry for Uber Eats driver that I waited with who depends on consistent service to make a living. I will say the host at the front counter was really nice and did her best to manage the group of people still waiting for their food. I will also say the food itself though cold was tasty. We were excited to try Bru’s Room, but overall this was a terrible first impression.

Wings r great. Cant beat triple threat anywhere in South Florida. My issue is pricing. $93 for 75 wings is crazy. There's no bulk order discounting as they only ring up in quantity of 25 tops. Need to implement a pricing structure for bulk orders

Went there tonite after work as I have done for more than 20 years. When the server brought out my wings he dripped sauce all the way from kitchen to table and all over my lap. It's a good thing nobody slipped and was injured. When the manager, paige, Came over. She didn't even apologize and simply asked what we wanted her to do. Later on she sent the server over to apologize. This is an example of extremely bad management and customer service. If this happens again, it might be time to look for another wing place.

BAR food and great humans? Cant ask for more :) Also they have great drink specials before 7pm!! :)

Quality and Customer service has decreased over the years. Our food kept getting messed up we barley at anything but was told to pay for the meal because a manager wasn’t available. Left repeated messages for a call back from a manager with no response. Finally spoke to Ernie who said he had to speak to the waitress and see what happened (over a week later) and would contact me back. Again.. no contact back. This used to be my favorite place for wings. Sadly that was my last time visiting this establishment. I disputed the charge and of course they responded to them within days.

Fantastic get away after a day in the sun for a cold one and appetizers with friends. Beautiful day to be on the patio. Great food and service. Love those triple threat wings!

Bru's room has the best fried pickles hands down. The service is good and they have a full bar including Southern Comfort.

Just ordered a to go 16 pcs wings and chicken quesadilla I asked for mild wings, food got here there is no sauce on it ! That’s frustrating they should have at least put it on the side. Who wants wings w no sauce or seasoning on it ?!I called to complain they said I would have to go back with the food ( I understand ) but still very frustrating! Will not order again

What a horrific time. Going in with a group, I had to buy a mask to eat in since I forgot mine. Shame on me, if not for the fact an entire group of people had gone in without masks not too long after we had. Nothing short of being taken advantage of even with the county ordinance.Their new menu had been neutered, removing classics and keeping the plain. In having my options reduced, I ordered the boneless wings. For the price paid, it was paultry in amount and taste. The kicker, of course, was the fact I had to pay more than advertised on their own menu. Atrocious.

the food is generally good..the ribs, wings and mostly everything is pretty tasty.The problem I've noticed over the last year or so is lack of service. It seems that the management doesn't care and don't even contact you if you have a concern. In addition, the prices have gotten much higher than you'd expect to pay for mostly bar food.I wish they could go back to being a service oriented restaurant.

I admire this place a lot. there is a very nice ambiance. The meals are wonderful. the service is efficient and the team is courteous. The pay is decent. greatly recommend.

A lot better than all the other locations in a 20 mil radius lol! Always get wings and this one makes the best! Sharon helped is! We had 3 babies. She was very helpful and sweet.

Not my favorite when there are so many other options available. There are 4 gluten free items available. One is a salad that is loaded with cheeses the other three are in their rib/wing options. Not a place I can really recommend when you already have a limited diet.

The grilled wings are amazing the staff is great the atmosphere is awesome No Clicks No Drama The customers aren't the same old same old very refreshing

I'll just come out and say it. The best wings in South Florida are at Bru's Room. My favorite setup is extra hot, grilled and then tossed in extra sauce. If you're a fan of blue cheese, you will soon realize that Bru's imports theirs from heaven. It's damn good with the wings or even with just celery. Seriously, celery is just a flavorless water sick but when you add the blue cheese, it becomes actual food. This Bru's has a great staff and the outdoor seating is one of the best in the area. The lake is home to all kinds of turtles, fish and iguanas. Whether you come here for a quick bite, drinks or to watch a game, chances are you'll leave satisfied af.

Fun, friendly spot for decent bar food. Nice selection of draft beers. Very friendly staff. We had an enjoyable time.

My family and I have been regulars at Bru's since the day it opened.It's a great place to watch a game with friends or just enjoy a pleasant evening. They have a nice selection of lagers.Their servers and staff are attentive and friendly. I'm a big fan of the grilled hot wings Their ribs and Burgers are great. I've ordered almost every item on the menu at one time or another and have never been disappointed. I wish their takeout was more reliable. I very much want to support the restaurant at this difficult time but it's hard to accept consistently inaccurate orders. The managers have always accepted responsibility and offered to remake the meal or offer me a credit. I just wish they could get it right the first time. DL

Great sports bar and restaurant. They have a separate family area which is great for everyone. They also have a really nice outside eating area and bar.I had to edit my post. I stopped by again today. (Two days later.) Once again, outstanding experience. Thank you guys for your dedication to excellence!

Nice place! Just me so I sat at the bar. Wonderful bartender. Nice menu, fair prices. food was great! (Encrusted Salmon, yum!). Wish there was more broccoli. Odouls NA beer. Game room, kids party area. Lots of sports on many TVS...

Never had a bad meal. The name is exactly what it is. A plus is the huge deck outback. It is actually two bars and two restaurants in one. Very well thought out. Been there twice and will continue to stop there. Stopped there once and they had a bunch of Jeep people there.

Been there a few times. And their wings are not fresh 50% of the time they are reheated. The outside Bar TV's , 2 of them have faded colors not good to watch the game outside. The pizza is always fresh and salads are great. The bartender are great. Especially Steve.

Great place to get food when in a rush. The customer service is prompt, pricing is affordable, awesome mood. I highly recommend this place

Good casual place to have a drink, wings & watch sports. We like the $5 doubles :) Their wings are very good. Also love the pretzel. My only issue with this location is parking! :( The lot is very small which forces you to always valet park and wait in line if busy.
